Skymavs Flight Center: Where Aviation is SAFE, FUN and AFFORDABLE

  SAFE To increase safety we have started a new type of flying club. The flight club has the advantages of Aircraft ownership without the hassles . To own an aircraft they say you should fly it at least 10 hours a month to justify the ownership. If you are flying 10 hours a month you also become a safer pilot with currency. To increase safety you will be able to fly at least 8 to 12 hours a month using your included time with your membership. If you need more than 12 hours per month you are eligible For block time on that airplane. Skymavs currently owns four Cessna 172s SP’s -- 2002, 2003, 2006 and 2007 models. Two are outfitted with king avionics including an IFR GPS KLN94, and two have the GAR-MIN G1000 packages. All four aircraft include the KAP 140 autopilots. FUN As a member of the flight club you can make flying fun by taking your family on a trip and stay overnight once every quarter without incurring an extra 3-hour charge for that extra day. Make that $100.00 hamburger trip for real. You also get to fly aircraft equipped with gps and the latest technically advance aircraft (garmin g1000 integrated cockpit system) for the same price as our 2002 and 2003 models using flight club hours. You can also share you flight club hours with other *pilots and or *family (*check out by a Skymavs CFI is required.) AFFORDABLE The club allows you to fly between 48 to 96 hours per year for as low as $48.62 an hour including fuel. You will also be entitled to a 10% discount on items from our pilot shop and flight instruction. This includes doing a BFR, instrument competency check or just do some approaches to stay current. We have also added new block rates to our pricing.
